Lana - Same routine, different book

Little Lana doesn't just like having her little princess nightlight on for bed time, she wants her pink bedside table lamp on alllllll night long too. At first I thought it was because she was afraid of the dark (which could play a minor role) but the gal just likes to read! Every night after bed time story she asks to bring that book into bed (there's been a couple of odd times where she wasn't feeling the book and opted to bring a different book to bed) Every night I go in to check on her and here's a couple of ways I've found her

This is her second class, look at how far she's come! We are over the moon with her progress.

Swimming Classes

Both monkeys started swimming classes this morning, Lana & Daddy went at 9am and RW's class was at 9:30. I have so many great pictures of Lana & Daddy, I can't wait to get to them. Little Lana was a fish she's great at blowing bubbles, assisted floats, kicks and she even put her whole face in the water for Dad!


RW was SO excited to get back in the water. He gave me the "awww, I haven't worn these (swim trunks) since Punta Cana!" The second the instructor invited the kids into the pool he got in and gave me a big "I love this, Mom!" as he splashes the little girl beside him (whoops!) 


I'm so glad they're back in swimming classes, it warms my heart.

We're going to sign her up for spring classes and see how she does, she's really excited about it. By the time we took the skates of she had found her balance and was walking on her own in them!!

Ahhhh puppy love! Are these guys cute or what? Tyce is Chase's little brother, Chase and Robbie have been in skating classes together all winter long and Chase's mom use to go to high school with Colin... did you get all that? LOL!

First movie with all the family!

We weren't expecting to make it through the whole movie but little Lana surprised us once again! We went and saw "Hop" and our kiddies thought it was great. They were laughing out loud and were grooving to every song that was being sung... at one point Lana had to get out of her chair and shake her tail feather. It was such a great night, I loved every minute of it.
