Fairies and Pirates

In Pixie Hollow, waiting to meet some fairies!

Periwinkle! The frost fairy, Daddy told her she spends way too much time up in Canada.

Very sweet fairy, kids liked her a lot.

We got sooooo many buttons on this trip! Our "1st visit" was a must, great conversation starter. We had our first Dole Whip Float and got a button to celebrate it - it's THAT GOOD!

This was probably our fav experience, the three of them got transformed into pirates.

This "wench" (?) Kathy was amazing. We all fell in love with her. We had our first Disney magical moment courtesy of her.

This is where our Disneyland experience went to a whole new level. Once the crew was done being transformed, Kathy (the pirate in the pictures above) had us follow her on a little walk. We went through the handicapped entrance of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and she put us on a boat all to ourselves with no line up. 

These boats can fit up to 20 people, and the four of us got one all to ourselves - SO COOL! During the two drops on the ride my pirates raised their cutlasses like they were headed into battle.

We went back afterwards to thank Kathy for everything she's done for us and the photopass photographer wanted to do  another photo shoot!
